Any party wishing to make use of the provisions of this paragraph indicates in advance its intention to do so to the committee that meets at the request of a party to examine the market situation. The parties provide the necessary information on their skimmed milk powder and buttermilk operations for animal feed purposes, in order to enable the committee to monitor developments in this sector and to make periodic forecasts of the evolution of this trade.
